| Abstract: | Oversea investment is the major contain of today's economics' globalization.This paper,on the base of oversea investment theory,analyses the major motions and regiments of enterprises oversea investment and provides our country's oversea investments' direction and strategy,by analyzing of our country's overseas investment current situation,considering our country's enterprises' international competition and their issues. |
