开发性金融哲学思考

本文讨论了开发性金融理论与实践的哲学基础.从认识论与实践论相结合的角度,分析信用活动的本质、特性和规律,认为:信用活动作为社会的基础活动,既反映现实存在又创造新的存在;信用是可以建设的,信用建设是可以推动的,开发性金融实践可以加快信用体制建设.国家开发银行作为政府的开发性金融机构,发挥主观能动性,在不成熟信用与成熟信用之间寻找转化条件,在社会经济发展基础性领域和比较薄弱的领域,大力推动市场信用体制建设,形成了一些重要的发展理念.

Philosophical Reflection of Development-oriented of Finance

This paper discussed the philosophical logic foundation of Development-oriented Finance, manning ourselves with a profound understanding of the essence, functions and characteristics of credit movements through dialectical measurements. It concludes: as the basis for social activities, credit activities not only reflect the reality of existence but also continue to create a new existence; Credit is able to be built and credit construction can be driven, Development-oriented Finance can speed up the construction of credit system. China Development Bank, regarded as the Development-oriented Finance of the government, realizes and follows the principles of financial activities and plays a vital role through its creative thinking and practice. CDB is looking for the conditions of conversion between immature credit and mature credit, improving the building up of market credit system in the fundamental area and relatively weak area of social economic development. As a result of that, CDB has formed its own vital concept of development.
