| 摘 要： | 新农村建设包括农村基础设施建设、农业技术改造和农村经济发展等方面,需要庞大的资金支持。本文研究了财政支农、农村金融机构支农和农村非正规金融机构支农政策的实践效果,指出了三种方式的利弊;采用层次分析方法(AHP)对每种新农村建设的融资模式的指标权重进行了分析;然后建立了基于模糊综合评价的新农村建设融资模式的评价方法,并结合具体案例进行了实证分析。通过建立的基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价的新农村建设融资模式评价方法体系,可以帮助决策者更加准确和客观地选择新农村建设的融资模式。
