摘    要:企业绩效评价一直是企业界和学术界关注的热点问题之一.随着国有企业改革的深入,中国现行企业绩效评价体系逐渐显露出其缺乏前瞻性和时代性、指标权重设计方面的不足和修正指标方面的局限,应增加智力资产收益率、非财务指标的权重,完善提高企业基本素质的指标权重及发展创新能力指标权重等.
