教学过程四个步骤在职业教育教学环节中的应用

二十一世纪的今天，国家政治、经济的发展使得社会对人才的需求更加“专业化”．职业教育的重点建设在全国范围内又一次掀起了高潮。本文在分析国内外职业教育特点的基础上，结合一线教育工作者的实践经验，认真学习陈鹤琴先生提出的“四步骤教学法”理论，并将该理论运用于教学实践中，以期实现职业教育“专业职业技术人才”的专、尖培养的目标。
