| 摘 要： | 成本管理是软件项目管理的主要内容之一.文章首先介绍了软件项目成本管理现状,接着从软件项目成本管理的范围、软件项目成本管理的成本构成以及软件项目成本管理的过程三个方面进行了分析,最后提出了进行软件项目成本管理的对策建议,为IT企业进行软件项目成本管理提供参考.
