| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述了企业技术能力的内涵及基于技术基础的核心能力观,并进一步研究了技术能力对于企业采购能力的影响。尽管企业采购理论和核心能力理论的角度并不相同,但企业技术能力及技术创新对资源稀缺型企业采购时获得持久竞争优势的重要性,使其成为共同关注的焦点。

| Abstract: | This article mainly elaborated the enterprise technology ability’s connotation and based on technology base’s core competencies view, and further studied the technical ability to purchase ability regarding the enterprise the influence. Although the enterprise purchases the theory and the core competencies theory angle is not same, but enterprise technology ability and technological innovation to resources scarce enterprise purchase time obtains the lasting competitive advantage the importance, causes focal point which it becomes pays attention together. |
