| 摘 要： | 全球化的网络竞争改变着企业竞争的规则,它也在企业技术战略决策方面发挥着举足轻重的作用。本文讨论了网络对企业技术决策的影响,并指出在网络竞争中企业应建立技术联盟和实施公开化等战略,加强自己的技术竞争力。
