| 摘 要： | 从企业战略的高度出发，从系统论和集成理论的角度探讨了集成化供应链管理的实施方法，提出了实施方法横加模型。论述了供应链管理的哲理，提出了一个完整的供应 动作２模式。该模式弥补了目前供应管理研究中缺乏系统性和完整性的不足，为供应链管理研究与实践提供有力的参考。
