新常态下国有林区生态活度生态位测度研究

通过生态活度生态位测度,剖析了国有林区复合生态系统的自然生态活度、经济生态活度与社会生态活度,阐释了其生态功能、经济功能与社会功能的优势度差异。从整体上看,国有林区复合生态系统的自然生态活度优于其经济生态活度,并显著优于其社会生态活度;国有林区复合生态系统的生态功能、经济功能与社会功能的优化效能显著,但三大亚系统的功能协同度较弱、功能优势不均衡。天保工程的稳步推进、现代林业体系构建的不断深入、生态文明建设理念的持续延伸,使林业经济进入生态功能显著优化、经济功能有序提升、社会功能适度增强的新常态。因此,应根据林业经济新常态的基本要求,维持并提升其自然生态活度、持续增强其经济生态活度、切实提升其社会生态活度,实现国有林区复合生态系统生态功能、经济功能与社会功能的协同呈现。

Research on the Measure of Eco-Vigor Niche of State-Owned Forestry Region under the New Normal

The paper analyzes nature eco-vigor,economics eco-vigor and society eco-vigor of compound ecological system in state-owned forestry region through the measure of eco-vigor niche,and refers to the dominances' differences among the ecology function,economics function and society function. The result shows that: Firstly,in view of the overall situation,the dominance of natural ecovigor of state-owned forestry region is better than its economics eco-vigor,and outstanding the society eco-vigor as well. Secondly,the nature function,economics function and society function of compound ecological system of state-owned forestry region achieves an extraordinary optimization,but it's always existed that lower coordination degree and unbalanced dominance of function of the three subsystems. That the steady progressing Natural Forest Protection Project,the continuous deep of modern forestry system construction,the sustained expanding of eco-civilization construction concept,makes the forestry economic entrance to the new normal of emphasizes optimization of ecology function,the ordered promotion of economics function and the tempered increasing society function. Forestry economy,therefore,should be based on the basic requirement of the new normal,maintain and improve the activity of natural ecology,continue to enhance its economic ecological activity,to enhance its social ecological activity,realize the compound ecological system of state-owned forest ecological function,economic function and social function of synergy.
