| 摘 要： | 甘肃东南部是全省粮食和林副特产的重要基地，但由于受频敏干旱气候的影响。产量长期低而不稳，为了保证农业生产正常健康发展。必须开发水资源，陇东南地区山区占90%以上。因而地表水和地下水的分布极不均匀且储量和可开采量均十分有限。因而开发云水资源是陇东南地区水资源开发的关键，也是改善农业生产条件，增强区域防灾减灾能力的切入点。

| Abstract: | The southeast of Gansu Province is a great base where it produces the whole province grains and local forestrical-sideline specialty.But under the affect of frequent dry-climate,the product is low and unsteady;in order to pledge agriculture that is developing normally and soundly It must develop the water resources.In long southeast,mountain area is over90%.the distribution of surface water and underground water is uneven,They have limited reserver and minable quantity,consequently,It is a key that the region develop water resources that it develop water resources in cloud,and it is a entracepoint where it improue the conditions on agriculture and strengthen the capacity in the region defend and lighten disaster. |
