| 摘 要： | 小说《红字》与《廊桥遗梦》的女主人公海斯特与弗朗西斯卡所处的时代、地区虽有很大差异,但从女权主义角度看,她们都是反抗父权制度,追求独立、自由、幸福的女权主义者的代表。面对婚姻、家庭、爱情的选择,尽管两人都进行了抗争并取得了短暂的胜利,但是最终未能摆脱父权制度的影响,成为父权制度的牺牲品。

| Abstract: | The Scarlet Letter and The Bridges of Madison County are two different novels of extra-marital love set in different times and places.But the two heroines,both Hester and Francesca are representatives of feminists who rebel against the repression of patriarchal system and seek female independence,freedom and happiness.Facing the choice of love,marriage and family,although they struggle against the patriarchal system and get temporary victory,they cannot get away from the influence of it and at last become the victims of it. |
