| 摘 要： | 本文采用综合的观点和动态分析方法探讨中国西部地区开发条件的优势、劣势及相互转化,对地理位置、矿产、土地、旅游资源、劳动力、市场、资本及制度等区位因素进行了客观、系统的评价。运用比较经济地理学的基本方法,对比分析西部地区与东部地区之间开发条件的差异,从而使东部地区的经验能科学地为西部地区所借鉴。在区位因素综合评价的基础上文章进一步提出了西部地区开发可采用的模式和政策。

| Abstract: | Adopting the synthetic idea and method of dynamic analysis, the article research the advantage and disadvantage of exploitivecondition of the west China, evaluating objectively location, mineral deposit, resource of land, resource of tourism, laborforce, market, capital and institution. Using the basic method of comparative economic geography, it analyzes the deference ofexploitive condition between the east China and the west China for the west China to draw lesson from the experience of the eastChina. Based on the evaluation, the article puts forward the available model and policy for the west China. |
