| Abstract: | It is the requirement in the age of knowledge economy to guide the innovation in human resources management with the concept of scientific development in order to enhance the competence core of an organization.Therefore,we have to establish scientific concept of human resources management and overcome the contradictions and problems in human resources management.The ultimate goal is to construct the system and mechanism for the development and innovation of human resources management. |
