| 摘 要： | 组织健康研究截至目前经历了3个阶段。受传统组织行为学的影响,对组织健康的研究多从消极取向开展,存在诸多弊端。积极心理学和积极组织行为学的兴起为组织健康研究提供了一种新的研究视角。本文将组织健康研究置于积极组织行为学的视野下,提出了组织健康研究的综合模型。
