蒟酱(蒌叶)的历史与开发

摘    要:蒟酱是我国古代有名的栽培植物蒌叶(Piper betel L.)及其用于调味的产品,蒌叶的另一用途是与槟榔合嚼,可防治寄生虫病等传染性痰病,并蔚为风俗,构成云南、岭南古代地方文化内容之一。文章还考察了蒟酱开发的历史与地理分布,探讨了蒟酱现代开发的价值。

Abstract:From this article we could know,Ju-jiang was a famous thing named LouYe(Piper betel.)and its product was used saucing in the history.It also had been used to prevent epidemics affected with helminthes chewing with areca.It was so prevailing at that time that became a main content of the Yunnan culture and Lingnan culture later.This article also inspects the history about Ju-jiang's exploration and the geographic ranges,discussing the value about the Ju-jiang's exploration in modern times.
