| 摘 要： | 确定农民集体土地所有权主体是集体土地产权制度中的难题,通过分析我国农民集体土地所有权主体的现状和问题,建议取消乡农民集体土地所有权,保留村、组和共有三种集体土地所有权,提出了规范农民集体土地所有权主体代表的措施.

| Abstract: | Confirming subjective status of collective property of land is a difficult problem in property right system of peasant col lective land. This paper analyzes the current situation and difficult problems of collective ownership of land, proposes abolishing the village peasant collective ownership of land and reserving common collective ownership of land, and puts forward measures for the standardized subjective representation of collective ownership of land. |
