高职院校图书馆人力资源研究论文的文献计量统计分析与评价

以(CNKI)中国学术文献网络出版总库所收录的文献为依据,对关于我国高职院校图书馆人力资源研究的相关文献进行文献计量学统计,并从文献年代分布、来源期刊分布、高被引文献分析、研究作者及机构分析、基金资助情况分布进行统计分析,试图对我国有关高职院校图书馆人力资源的研究现状做出总结,为进一步的研究和发展提供参考。

The Bibliometrical Analysis and Evaluation of Essays on Human Resources in the Libraries of Higher Vocational Colleges

Based on the bibliographies included in CNKI,this paper makes a bibliometrical statistical analysis of human resources study in libraries of higher vocational colleges in China {mm the perspectives of year distribution,source of journals, the bibliographies which are quoted frequently,researchers,institutions and patronage so that the study can summarize the status quo of human resources research and sheds some light on the further study.
