中国进口贸易技术外溢效应的实证分析

技术外溢是发展中国家分享国外技术进步成果的重要路径。本文应用扩展后的“创新驱动模型”，对我国通过进口贸易渠道从G-7国家所获得的技术外溢效应进行了实证研究，同时考察并比较了以人力资本度量的技术吸收能力时技术溢出效果的影响。实证结果表明，进口贸易给我国产生了重要的技术外溢效应，但最终的技术溢出效果却受到技术吸收能力的限制；同时还发现，国内R＆D投入时我国经济增长的作用不确定。

An Empirical Research on Technological Spillover of Import Trade in China

Technological spillover is an important way for developing countries to share the advantages of technological progress with developed ones.Applying an extended innovation-driven growth model,the paper investigates the effects of technological spillover obtained from G-7 countries through the import trade,and the effects of absorptive capacity of technology,measured by human capital,on technological spillover.The empirical results indicate that the import trade results in the important effect of technological spillover,but its final effect is limited by the absorptive capacity of technology.At the same time,it also suggests that the effects of increased domestic R&D investment on economic growth is uncertain.
