| 摘 要： | “三农”问题是困扰我国经济长期发展的大问题，对其原因和对策进行归纳与评析能大致体现这一领域的研究与基本进展。综合分析相关观点可发现，三农问题的最终解决需要借助制度建设来减少农业人口。制度建设是手段，减少农业人口是目标。

| Abstract: | Farmer-Agriculture-Rural issue is a serious problem that hinders the long term development of economy in our country. This paper attempts to embody the research findings and development in this area based on an induction and review of the cause and countermeasures of the issue. Finally, the author concludes that to ultimately solve the Farmer-Agriculture-Rural issue, we should aim at reducing rural population by system construction. |
