| 摘 要： | 高职院校教师培训是高职院校创新与发展的重要因素,是提高高职院校教师综合素质的最有效的途径。保证高职院校的教育质量,促进其健康快速发展,关键在于进行卓有成效的教师培训。该文结合第一批国家示范性高等职业院校关于教师培养培训的经验及探索,对高职院校教师培训保障体系进行了研究,以期为高职教师培训的实施提供可行的政策建议。
