以上海国际F1赛车场的建设为典型案例,明确重大事件的含义,分析其发生的原因和背景,并研究重大事件所引发的征地、动拆迁工程：重大事件所引起的土地价格的剧烈波动;重大事件所带动的周边地区的快速发展以及对城市产业所造成的影响。详细分析和探讨重大事件带来的一系列土地利用问题,包括征地引发的农民问题;地价上涨和周边地区加速发展所导致的重新详细规划问题以及产业的结构变化导致的城市土地利用相应变化等问题。在总结重大事件对土地利用的有利影响的同时分析了其对土地利用的不利影响,并且提出相应建议。

On Impact of Important Events (Projects) on Land Use-- With the Construction of Shanghai International F1 Racetrack as an Example

Taking the construction of Shanghai international F1 racetrack as an example, this paper tries to clarify the connotation of "important events", analyze the contributing factors and background of the important events, and study projects of land requisition and resettlement consequent to the events as well as intense changes of land price, rapid development of the adjacent areas and the influence on the industry of the city. A series of problems of land utilization has also been analyzed, including issues concerning farmers, re-planning of the land because of soaring land price and rapid development of the adjacent areas,and changes of the use of city land due to the variation of industrial structure. Finally,the paper sums up both the favorable and unfavorable influence of important events on the utilization of land and puts forward proposals accordingly.
