Applied the Diamond Model to analyze the factors that affect the furniture industry competitive formation, such as production factors, demand condition, relation and supporting industry, management strategy, the way of structure and competition, opportunity and government.And discussed the interference and influence of the government on factors in the model; indicated the great role which the government has played in the process of the furniture industry competitiveness formation.Then discussed the special mechanisms of the Diamonds Model and the development direction of the industry in the future.
