| 摘 要： | 大力发展科学研究是地方金融院校内涵强校的关键,做好科研管理是科学研究中最基础的工作。科研管理是一项长期的、复杂的系统性工程,所涉内容广泛、领域众多、数据繁杂。随着信息技术的快速发展,如何利用现有的信息化手段,实现科研动态化管理已经成为地方金融院校科研管理的重要工作。
