| 摘 要： | 我国电子信息制造业产品碳足迹高,技术相对落后,加之外向型的特点,在低碳经济背景下面临着多方面的挑战。另一方面,其他行业减少碳排放离不开电子信息技术的支持,因此全球的低碳行动也给我国电子信息制造业带来巨大的发展契机。我国政府应顺应低碳经济背景下电子信息制造业的发展方向,综合实施产业导向、财政支持和市场引导等措施,促进电子信息制造业的健康快速发展。
