| 摘 要： | 笔者在把农村劳动力非农就业类型分为本地非农就业和外出务工两种类型基础上,利用2009年河南农村住户和农民工监测调查数据,实证分析了产业发展、人力资本对农村劳动力非农就业的影响。研究发现,粮食种植与非农就业具有互补作用;非农产业发展对本地非农就业具有正向但较为微弱的影响;人力资本对农村劳动力非农就业具有显著影响。根据研究结果,我们提出加大粮食补贴、发展非农经济以及加强农村基础教育和职业技能培训等政策建议。
