| 摘 要： | 运用实证研究，选取制造业中的上市公司为样本，测量企业国际化程度，分析我国不同程度企业国际化经营对经营绩效的影响。得出在国际化初期，国际化程度与企业经营绩效存在正相关关系，由此建议企业采取国际化经营策略提升企业经营业绩。
