| 摘 要： | 智利政府于1981年率先推行的完全积累制企业年金筹资模式是社会保障制度的重大创新,其企业年金的投资运作比较成功。智利对企业年金采取的定量监管模式与我国目前企业年金监管模式的选择一致,通过分析智利企业年金的投资运营模式,对尚处于起步阶段的我国企业年金的发展有较强的借鉴意义。
