| Abstract: | With the pushing of China’industrilization, industry withdrawing in some fields is becoming common. In this paper, some basic problems about industry declining such as inherent law, nature and standard were discussed; China’s situation of industry withdrawing and its way were analysed; Some suggestions in making policies of industry withdrawing and how to set up a mechanism to help withdrawing industry were put forward. |
