| Abstract: | The article has reviewed the development of physical education in the colleges and universities since the foundation of P.R.C. Using the new "program" as the guide ,the author has showed his opinions on how to avoid the mistakes in traditional P E teaching,renew the concepts and ideas in P E teaching and devote major efforts to implement the "program" in colleges. |
