| 摘 要： | 和谐大学校园是社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分。高校中层干部在构建和谐校园中起着重要作用。要正确分析当前高校中层干部队伍存在的问题，通过加强理论学习、不断深化实践、理顺体制机制等措施，提高中层干部的能力素质，加强高素质的中层干部队伍建设。

| Abstract: | Harmonious university campus is an important composition of a harmonious socialist society; the middle -level cadres in the universities play a significant role in the construction of harmonious campuses. This paper makes a scientific analysis of the current problems of the middle - level cadres team, and also puts forward some measures for strengthening the theoretical study, intensifying the post practice and straightening out the concerning systems, thus to enhance the ability and quality for the middle - level cadres and reinforce the team construction of high - quality universities cadres. |
