Property Rights and Trust Analysis on Charitable Donations

In recent years, China＇s charity obtained fast development; charitable donations were rising year by year and running at record level. At the same time, the scale of charity activity enlarged continuously, the supporting efforts on disadvantage group were increasing and the social effect is promoted step by step. However, charity scandal constantly exploded made the social public doubt the use of the charitable donations and the social public trust on the charity organizations were challenged. Through analyzing the property rights and trust on the charitable donations, the paper discussed the governance mechanism to extricate itself from the donation plight.
