社会转型期中的中国社会正发生着深刻而急剧的变化,而对我国欠发达的西北地区乡镇政权研究显得较少。我国要快速平稳实现社会现代化转型,迫切需要深化对我国落后地区乡镇政权的研究。我国西北地区社会要实现顺利转型,建立高效、组织坚强有力的乡镇政权具有重要意义。通过发生在该地区的一个典型事例,对乡镇政权行政行为进行深入分析,为西北地区的乡镇政权建设提供理论支持。

The Administrative Behavior Analysis of the Township Government in the Period of Social Transformation：Case Study on J Town of Wuwei City

In the period of social transformation,Chinese society was undergoing profound and rapid change.The study on the township government of the less developed northwest region was less.To realize rapidly and stably Chinese modern transformation,it urgently needed to deepen the study on the township government of the less developed region.To realize the transformation smoothly in the Northwest area in China,it had important meaning to build an efficient,strong and powerful township government.Through a typical case occurred in this region,the paper analyzed the township government action deeply and provided theoretical support to the building of the township government in the Northwest region.
