| Abstract: | The defect of being no stipulations of"taking countervailing measures on behalf of the third party"in the Agreement on Subsidies and Countervailing Measures(ASCM) is a key point the present paper seeks to analyze, and the importance of replenishing the ASCM is also analyzed. The author puts forward the view that some relevant stipulations should be added to the ASCM. |
