可信赖的友好型银行探析

摘    要:可信赖的友好型银行其内涵除了传统意义上的微笑银行、感动银行、金融超市以外,至少还应包括诚信、安全、高效与便捷、责任四个方面的内容,并具有是诚信经营为本、客户交易友好、服务渠道友好、客户关系友好、社会形象友好等特征。建设可信赖的友好型银行需要培养诚信价值观念、确保交易安全可靠、拓展优化服务渠道、强化客户投诉管理、积极履行社会责任。
