党的十六届三中全会提出了全面、协调和可持续发展的科学发展观,这对于我们推进各项事业健康发展具有重要的指导意义。在确保实现发展目标的前提下做好生态管理工作,逐步走上生产发展、生活富裕、生态良好的文明发展道路,这是实践科学发展观的重要内容,也是贯彻可持续发展战略的具体行动。本文从经济发展过程中产生的生态环境问题入手,阐述了资源的永续利用和良好的生态环境与可持续发展的关系,针对目前存在的问题提出了加强可持续发展的生态环境管理的具体对策。

Set Up a Scientific Development View and Reinforce the Eco-management for Sustainable Growth

The scientific view of comprehensive,coordinate and sustainable growth raised in the Third Plenary Session of 16th Conference of CPC is of great significance in guiding us to promote the undertakings in all fields.It is the main content of the theory as well as the practical measures to carry out sustainable development by improving our eco-management so as to obtain a healthy production growth,well-off living and better environment.Starting with the environmental problems in economical development,the paper analyses the correlation of sustainable use of resources and healthy ecological environment and then puts forward possible solutions to the existing problems.
