| 摘 要： | 管理创新是现代创新理论的一个重要部分，它已经成为当代企业发展的核心。企业只有不断创新才能在市场竞争中立于不败之地。我国的企业，尤其是积重难返的国有企业要在新形势下求得生存与发展。在管理方面必须摒弃原来滞后的管理模式，从思想上、组织上、技术上大胆探索，进行有效的管理创新。以赢得竞争的实力。
