| 摘 要： | “三农”问题,既是传统农业大国的长期难题,也是我国今后20年战略机遇期各方面矛盾的集中体现。“三农”问题解决的好坏,直接关系到2020年我国国民经济翻两番的目标能否顺利实现。为此,要正确选择解决“三农”问题的战略突破口,制定出我国农业发展的中长期战略。

| Abstract: | The "San Nong" problem is both a long-term difficult problem for a traditionally big agricultural country and a concentrated expression of the contradictions in all aspects of the society during the 20 years strategic opportunity period.This article think,China's economy will realize the quadrupling goal smoothly by 2020,if the "San Nong" problem was solved quality.Else,is not.So,China should be correctly identified the breakthrough point,and make China's agricultural medium-and long-term development strategy. |
