| 摘 要： | 物流园区是产业集群的表现,它发挥集群优势,降低了园区内各个企业的交易成本。现阶段,我国物流产业发展非常迅速,大江南北出现了许多现代化的物流园区,产生了明显的社会和经济效用,但问题也随之产生,物流园区降低交易成本的经济功能并没有充分的发挥,甚至造成了资源浪费。本文分析这些问题产生的原因,并提出相应的对策建议,以充分发挥物流园区对经济发展的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Logistics park is the performance of industry clusters,it can reduce the enterprises' transaction cost.Now,the construction of logistics parks in china is very rapidly but at the same time the problems arice,the logistics park's function of reducing transaction cost can not fully played.It even makes resources wasted.Combinating the problems,analyzing the causes and giving some advice to makes the Logistics park play a full role in promoting economic development. |
