| 摘 要： | 本文立足网络经济时代的电子商务对组织的影响 ,阐明了电子商务的组织设计基本原则 ;组织设计应强调“整体性”、“高弹性”、“盘活存量”、“人本性”、“前瞻性”等五个方面。同时 ,该文也分析了电子商务有可能给组织带来的不足之外 ,如存在“安全隐患”等问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the impact of electronic commerce on organizational design in the network economic era,some principles about organizational design are explained that they are the integration and the elasticity and the circulation of capital deposit and the regression of humanity and the advance of management.In addition,the paper analyses some possible shortcomings in electronic commerce,for example the security about electronic commerce. |
