| 摘 要： | 本文首先给出了作业管理体系的内涵，又对供应链管理的内涵和基本内容进行了阐述，然后分析了企业作业管理与供应链管理的耦舍关系。文章重点研究了如何引入供应链理念加强企业作业管理，指出现代企业的竞争将最终反映到价值链的竞争优势上。实现供应链管理与企业作业管理的融合，对促进企业价值链的优化和提高企业市场竞争力具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | This article gives the connotation of Activity Management System firstly, and explains the meaning and basic content of Supply Chain Management (SCM), then analyzes coupling relation between Activity Management and SCM. The article puts emphasis upon how to introduce SCM idea to strengthen Activity Management of enterprise, pointing out that the competition of modern enterprises will be reflected on the competition advantage of Value Chain ultimately. Realizing the integration of SCM with Activity Management has important realistic meaning to promoting the optimization of Value Chain and improving competitive ability of enterprises. |
