运用OKR提升虚拟团队绩效的方法研究

Research on the Methods of Improving the Performance of Virtual Team by Using OKR

In the environment of continuously deepening economic globalization,with the rapid development of internet technology,the mode of developing remote collaborative office in the form of virtual team has risen and developed in the global scope.The COVID-19 epidemic has accelerated this process to a certain extent.With the increasing popularity of virtual team in people’s daily work,the improvement of performance of virtual team has become a key concern for enterprises.The paper studies the methods of effectively improving the performance of virtual team by using OKR,a management tool,with the aim of providing a reference for improving the performance of virtual team.
