守正创新图书馆职工思想政治工作的实践探索

以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神为指导,紧紧围绕全面提高高校人才培养能力,更好地服务师生读者,不断推动思想政治工作守正创新。论文以图书馆职工作为调查对象,了解职工的思想动态,针对出现的问题提出对策及介绍三峡大学图书馆的管理实践探索。

Practice and Exploration of Keeping Positive and Innovating the Ideological and Political Work of Library Staff

Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era and the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the CPC,focusing on improving the ability of cultivating talents in colleges and universities,serving the students and teachers better,constantly promoting the ideological and political work to keep position and innovation.This paper takes the library staff as the investigation object,understands the staff’s thought dynamics,puts forward the countermeasures against the existing problems and introduces the management practice exploration of the library of China Three Gorges University.
