| 摘 要： | 文章系统地分析了黑龙江省城镇化中物流发展的历程及存在问题，并提出了加快黑龙江省物流发展战略措施。在开放经济的条件下，结合黑龙江省的实际情况，实施具体、有效的物流发展战略，推动黑龙江省城镇化的发展，对于优化资源配置，调整产业结构，振兴东北老工基地。实现可持续发展，具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The papers analyses logistics' developmental course and existent problems during the process of urbanization in Heilongjiang province, and brings up some strategy which will accelerate Heilongjiang province's urbanization development. Under open economic conditions, connected with the reality of Heilongjiang province, we should put concrete and effective logistics development strategy into practice and drive our urbanization development. It will make great senses on optimizing the allocation of resources, adjusting industrial structure, uitalizing the Old Northeastern Base, realizing sustainable development. |
