| 摘 要： | 由于环境问题带有国际性,难以在一国范围内得以解决,所以国际合作的产物多边环境协定(Miltilateral Environmental Agreements-MEAs)就应运而生了.在众多的MEAs中,通过种类不同的与环境有关的贸易措施(ERlMs)实现对贸易的规范限制以达到保护环境的目的.文章通过典型案例实证ERTMs与WTO贸易体制冲突的体现.从多角度剖析了ERTMs与WTO贸易体制冲突的原因.进而预测了贸易与环境冲突的新趋势.
