| Abstract: | The province of Heilongjiang is one of the old industry bases of northeast,turning along with the industrialization,city of develop continuously,big and parts of villages also appeared a great deal of village surplus labor force,carrying out the village labor force to transfer effectively is important factor that develops economic development in Heilongjiang with the farmer non-agriculture employment. |
