身份“差序格局”对劳务派遣员工的工作投入影响研究

摘    要:随着劳务派遣制的普遍使用,企业中正式员工与劳务派遣员工身份"差序格局"的矛盾逐渐凸显出来,对劳务派遣员工的工作投入造成了重要影响。本文从个体和组织两个层面探索了劳务派遣员工工作投入的影响因素,在此基础上分析了身份"差序格局"对劳务派遣员工工作投入的影响机理,并针对劳务派遣员工的实际情况提出了构建其高工作投入机制的应对策略。

Abstract:With the widespread use of labor dispatching,the conflict of the identity of the pattern of difference between formal and informal employees in enterprises and institutions is becoming prominent increasingly and it has caused a significant impact on informal employees’ job engagement.From the perspective of individual and organization,this article attempts to explore influence factors of the informal employees’ job engagement.On this basis,we analyze the effect mechanism of the identity of the pattern of difference on informal employees and facing up to the actual situations,we try to build the strategies of high-job-engagement mechanism.
