农村固定资产投资结构与农民纯收入的灰色关联分析

本文利用灰色关联理论,对我国(东部、中部、西部及全国)的农村固定资产投资结构与农民纯收入之间的关系进行了分析。分析结果表明:从增加农民纯收入的角度来看,在当前农村固定资产投资建设中,首要是搞好与农民纯收入关联度最高的农业类固定资产投资,其次是科教类固定资产投资,最后是交通、能源等其它类固定资产投资。在此基础上,政府财政资金的投入应侧重于中西部贫困地区的农村固定资产。

A Grey Related Analysis between the Investing Structure of Rural Fixed Assets and Peasants Net Income in China

This paper analyzes the relationship between the rural fixed assets investing structure of different areas and peasants net income in China by using the gray related theory. The study shows that in constructing the rural fixed assets at present, we should firstly construct well the most correlative agricultural fixed assets, then the rural fixed assets of science and education, finally the rural fixed assets of the transportation, the energy and others from the point of increasing the peasants' net income. So, the use of government finance fund should focuses on the construction of the rural fixed assets of the mid-west poor areas.
