| Abstract: | Financial and economic reform in implementing accountant appointing system is one of the effective measures to control misuse and waste of fund of enterprises and institutions from the sources to maintain their financial standardized management,and to block the leak in the accounting management,the accountant appointing system should be continually improved and spread. |
