| 摘 要： | 供应链管理是企业管理发展的方向。一体化的供应链管理强调企业联盟与系统优化。库存管理作为供应链管理的重要组成部分,也必须实行一体化的库存控制方法。针对供应管理环境下存在的若干常见库存问题,本文提出了实现一体化库存控制的几种策略和方法。
